This disclosure text has been prepared by AES Elektronik Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles To Be Followed in Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation.

Your Personal Data collected by AES Elektronik Makina as the Data Controller will be processed limited to the following purposes: Execution of Application Processes of Employee Candidates, Follow-up and Execution of Legal Affairs, Execution of Internal Audit/Investigation/Intelligence Activities, Execution of Assignment Processes, Execution of Benefit and Severance Processes for Employees, Execution of Access Authorizations, Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations, Execution of Training Activities, Execution of Performance Evaluation Processes, Execution of Wage Policy, Execution of Activities in line with Legislation, Execution of Emergency Management Processes, Execution of Training Activities for Employee Satisfaction, Execution of Goods/Service Procurement Processes, Creating and Monitoring Visitor Records, Capturing Video Recordings in Open Areas within the Institution to Ensure the Physical Security of the Institution, Ensuring the Security of Movable Property and Resources, Execution of Access Authorizations, Execution of Information Security Processes, Execution of Occupational Health/Safety Activities, Execution of Goods/Service Sales Processes, Execution of Goods / Service After Sales Support Services, Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes, Execution of Activities for Customer Satisfaction, Execution of Marketing Analysis Surveys, Execution of Financial and Accounting Activities, Execution of Management Activities, Fulfillment of Regulatory Obligations.

b) Persons to Whom Personal Data will be Transferred and Purposes of Such Transfers

Such personal data may be transferred domestically to Lawyers, Banks, Insurance Companies, Public Procurement Authority, Natural Persons or Private Law Legal Persons, Authorized Public institutions and Organizations, Suppliers, Customer, Customers and Dealers recipient groups for the following purposes: Execution of Activities in line with the Legislation, Fulfillment of Legal Obligations, Execution of Assignment Processes, Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations, Execution of Activities in line with the Legislation, Execution of Occupational Health/Safety Activities, Execution of Financial and Accounting Affairs, Execution of Goods/Services Procurement Processes, Execution of Goods/Services Sales Processes.

This personal data is not shared with third parties located abroad.

c) Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Terms of Processing

Your relevant personal data is processed by non-automatic methods in paper media, automatic or partially automatic methods in digital media such as internet, e-mail, card readers, software applications, and cameras, based on Explicit Consent, Establishment, Protection, Exercise of Rights, Provision of Law, Execution of the Contract, Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller, Legal Obligation of the Data Controller depending on the terms of processing personal data.

d) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

In order to exercise their rights regarding their personal data, data owners must first apply to the data controller. As per Article 14 of the Law, no direct complaint can be made to the Personal Data Protection Board.

Pursuant to the Law, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data by applying to the data controller.

1. a) To learn whether your personal data has been processed
2. b) If your personal data has been processed, to request information in this regard
3. c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with the purpose
4. d) To know the third parties in country or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred
5. e) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing
6. f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear
7. g) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
8. h) To object to the occurrence of a consequence against you as a result of the analysis of processed data belonging to you exclusively by means of automated systems
9. i) To request compensation for the damage in case you experience a loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data

You can make your application through the following methods:

By conveying it to AES Elektronik Makina aeselektronik@hs01.kep.tr using your REM address;

By sending an e-mail to kvkk@aesgroup.com.tr via your e-mail address registered in our system or confirmed to belong to you.

2) Outgoing E-Mail Disclosure Text

The personal data contained in the content of the e-mail sent is processed as per Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Since e-mail servers are located abroad, e-mail contents sent to our company's corporate e-mail accounts are transferred abroad. We kindly remind you not to send e-mails containing personal and sensitive personal data.
