Can you tell us about your company and activities?

Our company was established in 1990. For a long time as a family-owned company, we have been active in supplying both new and used industrial woodworking machines throughout the UK. The foundations of the company are based on service, maintenance, and installation of woodworking machines. We started this business by buying and renewing used machines in the 1990s and continued with assuming the agency of the new machines in the millennium in the process of the natural development of the business. In 2006, by changing our direction and using our engineering experience, we decided to supply our own special machinery from companies that are creative and competitive products, without changing their quality structure. Today, the company has become one of the rare fully independent companies in the UK with our national network and after-sales service technicians, which have many specialized agencies and our sales stores.

What is your relationship with AES and how long have you been working together?

We met with AES for the first time at Ligna 2015. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable and sincere and had known about them from the Tüyap Fair in Istanbul. For the next 18 months, we looked at AES products and based on UK customers, we decided that AES is the company that we want to work with according to its definition. Again with them, we met in 2016 at Tuyap Fair and gave our first order, which resulted in our visit in 2017. After this first order, we have carried out many successful installations in the UK.

In your opinion what is the strongest part of AES for you? What do you think about our products and service?

Our first impression of AES was very exciting. We saw a company with high-tech technology and a machine park that brings together high-quality components. In our meeting with AES, we found them to be extremely knowledgeable and understandable, which is extremely important to us. Because we are always in favor of establishing good and sound relations with our customers as well as our suppliers.
