Could you give us information about your company and activities and your relationship with AES?

We were established in 2009 as MASEM to do contract manufacturing in the furniture industry. In this field, we offer services in CNC Milling, front face painting, cutting, hole drilling points. Our acquaintance with AES is dates back to our establishment. First, we started with RAPTOR - 3 Axis CNC Milling Machine in 2010 and now we have 8 of the same model. The reason we prefer AES is the performance of AES, especially in time and quality gains, and its success in after sales services.

We have never hesitated in our dealings with AES, especially since we base high importance on time, AES's service at this point has made it a non-alternative for us, but at the same time AES is a good place when we consider its domestic and foreign counterparts. As you know, the furniture sector in İnegöl is a good place, as we do contract manufacturing, our customers are the people who know this job really well, hence the most important issue that we cannot make concessions is quality. At this point, we especially chose the RAPTOR model and AES's machines.

Price, performance, quality, service, all of them, AES is not an alternative for us, because we can get the same quality from a different brand, but we can not get the same service as they all said AES made it indispensable for us. When price, performance, quality, service are all taken into consideration, AES is a non-alternative point for us, because we can get the same quality from a different brand, but we cannot get the same service, making AES indispensable for us. In AES's 3-axis machines, we can solve front face machining, cutting and hole drilling applications using a single machine. As I mentioned, it is much easier for us to work with a company that has adopted this quality standard as a principle.
