We Visited Romania Sanitop Company Within the Scope of Customer Experiences!

We were told that AES machines meet their needs and expectations, that it is Turkey's No. 1 company and that the machine is of high quality, fast and powerful.

First, could you tell us about your company and activities?

Our company has been operating since 2006. There are 2 production centers in Braila and Comanesti. Our primary business is on bathroom furniture. In addition, we also make custom furniture. But in general, we work on mass production products. We have at least one truck and sometimes more goıing out per day.

Do you produce only in Romania or do you export as well?

We are currently producing only in Romania but continue with activities for export as well. Currently, our biggest customer is Leroy Merlin but there are also other customers who do bulk purchases.

We are developing new products to reach different customers. We started to produce disassembled and customer-built products at home. In this way, both shipments can be made more easily and our customers will be able to assemble products easier.

Can you give us information about why you prefer AES and your cooperation?

We get many products from Turkey (such as edge band, furniture accessory). When we told our supplier that we were going to buy a new machine, they suggested your company. We were told that AES machines meet their needs and expectations, that it is Turkey's No. 1 company and that the machine is of high quality, fast and powerful.

After our research and investigations, we decided that this is the machine we were looking for and bought the flat table group Extreme machine.

What machines do you have in your company, and how long have you been using them?

We have been using your CNC Milling machine Extreme 2128 model in Braila for 1.5 years. We have been using your Extreme Line 2128 in Comanesti for 6 months. Because we were satisfied with the speed quality and usage of the machine of the first machine, we decided to buy the second machine.

Could you please make an evaluation about our services and product?

Your technical service is very fast. We needed service support a few times. They were very helpful in warranty or non-warranty issues. In fact, even though the warranty had expired for 2 months, they provided free replacement and service.

Very easy to reach your service. You can get a reply in a very short time when you contact via e-mail or phone. If you send information or images about the problem, they tell you the method of repair, they provide parts when necessary.
